OUR STORY
From one rebuilt cottage in 1979 to the island's home of quality.
Dick Ridout learned his trade on major McAlpine sites before he and Jennie moved to Guernsey in 1979, bought a tired island cottage and gutted it back to the granite. That first rebuild became the template for everything since: do it properly, or not at all.
Nearly 300 developments later, the approach has not changed: design, build and project management under one roof, delivered by the same in-house team and the island tradesmen we have trusted for decades. One standard, on every project, whatever its size.
